Cancellation Policy
- 01Any request for a refund or credit must be submitted by email to coachchig@gmail.com.
- 02Camps / Clinics / Weekly Training: 40% refund until 60 days prior to the first day of camp/clinic.
- 03Tournaments: 40% refund until 60 days prior to the tournament.
- 04Private lessons: Clients are accountable for the cost of the lesson and ice time. If a client can find someone to fill in for the lesson, they may receive a refund.
- 05Failure to attend a camp/clinic without notifying Black Ops Hockey will result in no refund or credit.
- 06Failure to attend a camp/clinic in order to attend another camp/clinic not associated with Black Ops Hockey will result in no refund or credit.
- 07Allow up to 30 days for refunds to be completed.
