Cancellation Policy

Refund terms by program type. Read carefully before you enroll — these terms are acknowledged at registration and booking.

  1. 01

    Any request for a refund or credit must be submitted by email to coachchig@gmail.com.

  2. 02

    Camps / Clinics / Weekly Training: 40% refund until 60 days prior to the first day of camp/clinic.

  3. 03

    Tournaments: 40% refund until 60 days prior to the tournament.

  4. 04

    Private lessons: Clients are accountable for the cost of the lesson and ice time. If a client can find someone to fill in for the lesson, they may receive a refund.

  5. 05

    Failure to attend a camp/clinic without notifying Black Ops Hockey will result in no refund or credit.

  6. 06

    Failure to attend a camp/clinic in order to attend another camp/clinic not associated with Black Ops Hockey will result in no refund or credit.

  7. 07

    Allow up to 30 days for refunds to be completed.
